One of the most important things I have learnt in my nearly-40 years on earth is this: Feeling free is a choice, that is ours for the making at any time, at any age. My website – and in particular my book Freedom Seeker – are here to remind you what it’s like to feel free, and offer a host of practical tools to help you escape.
